I’m looking for a nice female room mate to share my townhouse with. I have two cats so I can’t have more pets. The house is big, there’s two bathrooms but only 1 has a shower. The living room and kitchen are free to use, just be clean. The house has since been renovated to switch all carpet to hardwood, new pictures coming soon. Included: Wifi, hydro, furnished room (bed, tv, desk, dresser, closet) I’m looking for a room mate who will respect these rental agreements: No smoking inside the house, no pets (I already have 2 cats), and clean up after yourself consistently. -5 - 10 minutes walk to Joyce Skytrain. -5-10 minutes walk to grocery store, restauraunts etc. -5-10 minute walk to Killarney Pool / Gym / Community Centre -Lots of neighborhood parking. -1 minute walk to bus stops going to UBC, downtown, and metrotown.

I spend most of my time at work, outside or at the gym, but sometimes I’m at home. I’m pretty laid back, lets just get along and vibe well. I’m open to being friends and spending time together, but if we don’t that’s cool with me too.
