About the room
We’re looking for a roommate to share our 2 bedroom 2 bath. You’ll have the master bedroom that comes with an attached bathroom. The rent excludes utilities which usually comes up to CAD70 per person. If you need a parking spot it would be an additional 100 CAD. We would like for someone to potentially move in 1-15 July. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other girls.
About the roomies
We both work a 9-5 and sometimes during the weekend too. We would appreciate someone who respects our space and keeps the common areas as tidy as possible. We love either going to wellness classes or dinners or sometimes just having a movie night and cooking together.
