-Kitchen is under construction so it’s blocked off. No it will not be fixed, that is why this room has it’s own kitchenette (each room does). No functional full kitchen whatsoever.

-No laundry in the condo unit. Owner never hooked up a washer and dryer and prefers to use the laundromat.

• Location: 2 minutes walk from Square One. No, the full address will not be posted on the internet or delivered by message.

$650 if signing a lease of 4 months or more $775 if needed for fewer than 4 months

Price firm, no bargaining. This is the Square One area of Mississauga (high-class, affluent, safe area). If you require cheaper, try Brampton or Scarborough areas which have lower priced rent, but also high crime rates.

1. Female owner lives here, phD student, busy with school and work. Has her own bedroom and bathroom

2. Female flight attendant also rents out the second room. She is never home, but this may change if her work schedule changes. Currently she only comes home once a month.
