Two living rooms, huge back yard with enclosed planters and greenhouse. We have an above ground 18 ft pool too but we hardly use it- knock yourself out though! Quiet cul-de-sac at the end of another cul-de-sac. Family-oriented neighbourhood. 15 min walk to bus stop, Cobble Hill Village.

I’m a 45-year-old self-employed single mom who works from home as an Emotion Code Practitioner and Web Designer. I have a 13 year old very sweet, respectful daughter who is here weekends and holidays. I also sometimes have up to 2 school-aged foster kids around who are usually here temporarily. This is a health-conscious house: I don’t drink, smoke or party and we eat as clean as possible.
