Hello we are renting out our spare room! Avail as soon as July 1st. We live in downtown Montreal with our two cats and included are some photos/videos of the place. We are a 5 min walk from Saint-Laurent Metro. We have some criteria to meet for our personal preferences and I’ll list them below. Thank u!

Criteria: Preferably a female No students No guests over Max 30 years old Must have a job Clean up after yourself No Pets Only single individual no couples Credit check required Obviously no smoking inside, please go outside No devils lettuce english speaking

Included: shared bathroom, ur own room and closet, shared kitchen, utilities included, high speed Fibre optic wifi included. No furnishings

We are a couple with two cats who enjoy video games and anime. We do not party, smoke, or go out much.
