Alex's room

The house is located in Glenbrook in the central southwest area of Calgary. We have room for an additional vehicle as well as being within walking distance of transit, including a train station. The home features 2.5 bathrooms in addition to it’s 3 bedrooms, the top floor is an open concept living space and kitchen with a front balcony. There is also a back yard with a sizeable patio. In the basement, there is a bedroom, large laundry room, and a home gym room that comes with a heavybag and infrared sauna. The occupants would be My wife and I along with our current roommate who is moving with us.
