Hi how’s it going! I am looking for someone to sublet 1 room for January 1st! The apartment is a furnished 5 room, 1 bath shared space apartment located 8 minute walk from St Henri Metro station and next to Square Sir George Étienne Cartier.

The room available is a 2 space room because they knocked down the wall and joint the separate rooms together. Lots of space to set up an office, studio for creatives, or work from home!

The rent is 700$ including bills. Sublease agreement will be for December 16th while my roommate is traveling. Open ended lease until notified return (at least 1 month’s notice). The area is amazing with lots of restaurants/shops on Notre Dame Ouest and is super close to the Lachine Canal !

I’m Khalil, 23 years old and I work in Music Production/Sound Engineering as well as Community Mentoring. My brother and an older tenant (45 year old sound engineer), stays here as well and everyone is very accommodating! Easy going people who are open with others, open to college students or people who need extra space for home office!
