I have one room available at $800/mth. Utilities included, Parking available, laundry on site, WiFi and internet, also located on 2 major bus routes (Riverside and Wonderland). Walking distance to plenty of amenities. Short drive or bus ride to western university. This is a shared living space. The house is quaint, mature, and surrounded by century trees, with a large fenced-in back yard. Available December 1st.

I am a full time working professional. I also have a dog, so must be dog friendly. There are currently 2 other male roomies in the house. We all work full time and do our part to keep the house clean and tidy. Would prefer a male who is laid back and somewhat like minded.
