This location is only 16mins away from Crandal, UMontcon, most colleges. Our house is in a very quiet neighbourhood in Dieppe yet close to golf course and 5-6 min drive to the Champlain Mall. We also have local bus service within walking distance from the house. The basement has 3 bedrooms with a full bath to share. We have a pool and Sauna at your leisure as well, the price quoted includes all utilities.

I am a mother of a 4 year old and also accommodate my retired parents. We are very outgoing people and enjoy playing music throughout the house. We all live on the top floor but we will all share the kitchen, I may consider putting a kitchenette in the basement with a small fridge if needed. I am accepting a single females with or without a child or a student. The minimum term would be 6 months, with at least a month notice before leaving.
