Open concept home with peaked ceiling. Enter ground level, bedroom is upstairs on main living level (has own private bathroom & walk-in closet). Includes high speed internet, utilities and is fully furnished with walk-in closet. View from living room is probably the best in town. Watch the sun rise over the mountains across the ocean in the morning. 1 km from groceries, restaurants, movie theatre, gas station, hospital, 40 min. to Mt. Washington, 3.5 km to downtown. Shared area light and bright.

There are 2 other rooms rented monthly. They share the main bathroom. Everyone shares the kitchen. No cooking after 9 pm. No drugs, alcohol, guests or parties. Quiet time 10 pm - 8 am (strictly enforced) Steve is onsite manager.
