First thing, this is a large unit, 1500square feet located in Forest Hill. Too good to be true I know. Clean area, no crazy people, fresh air, patio. This is a duplex, on the second floor. it is a 2 bedroom unit, approximately 1200 square feet, with a large patio, two living rooms, and large fully stocked kitchen. If you need parking, it would be an extra 200$ per month. Laundry is in the basement, 1.50$ per load, and 1.50$ for dry. I use a drying rack on the patio during the summer. What’s the catch? The basement washing machines break occasionally, the floors are extremely creaky , you can hear downstairs neighbours sometimes. Honestly I love the amount of space here and the sunlight.

First things first I need a cat lover as a roomate. My main hobbies include video games, I dabble in cosplaying, and live for my cats. I keep to myself, not many people over, and work alot. I would prefer if my roomie was someone similar in this regard, and clean. I am an Italian/korean chef when I do cook, and have a fully stocked kitchen for the best of culinary endeavors! .
