About the room
Walk to the WEM! So many restaurants, entertainment and shops just a quick stroll away!
Large fully fenced yard with deck. Fully furnished room with a queen-sized bed, dresser, side table, and a television. Shared areas of house include the kitchen, bathroom (bath and shower), dining room, and living room with giant comfy couch and television.
Single or couples welcome. Rent is per room, but utilities shared equally between number of housemates.
Rent includes furniture, linens, kitchen appliances etc. All utilities (including wifi) will be split equally between everyone living in the house.
About the roomies
We are Jordan (male, 22), and Eddie (male, 29).
Jordan is a student (4th year) at the University of Alberta. Eddie works full time.
Ideally we will find housemate/s that are reasonably close in age to us.
