The apartment is on the ground floor so moving stuff in would not be an issue. The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the Eglington station on line 1 TTC. It has a nice hall space and central indoor heating/cooling. There are many bars/pubs/eating places/ grocery stores around including a Tim Horton’s located almost right outside the front door. Many parks also around. The bedroom is only for 1 person occupancy.
