Summer sublet (May-Aug) at Yonge & Eglinton

• Subletting one room in a 2 bed/2 bath, fully furnished (my roommate, female, will be in the other room)

• Currently only looking for female or non-binary people, in their 20s, as per my roommate’s preference

• Sublet period: May-Aug (start date after may 10 works best for me and I’m flexible with the length of sublet period you want)

• Rent: $1300 (includes wifi and utilities)

• Location: corner of Yonge and Eglinton, right across the street from subway station, near lots of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, stores, public transit

• Laundry/dryer in unit

• Amenities: hot tubs, sauna, steam room, gym, yoga room, rooftop patio
