I am renting out a small bedroom in a 2 bedroom trailer. The rest of the unit is furnished while the available bedroom is unfurnished. Shared bathroom with lots of shared counter space, open kitchen and laundry in suite. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a bus route. Sorry no pets as I already have a cat that doesn’t do well with other animals.

I am a mature graduate student finishing up my MSc in Biology. I am quiet when at home and pretty busy with school/work. No other roommates other than my friendly cat.
