Looking for someone neat and respectful to rent a private furnished bedroom in a quiet neighborhood in south Rutland. The bedroom has a double bed, closet, chair, desk, lamp & mini fridge. Hollywood & Springfield bus stop is a block away. The house is close to mission creek greenway bike path. We have a little veggie garden and a neighborhood cat sometimes visits us outside.

I have my little girls one week on / one week off. They are 5 & 8, they are very sweet and love people so they will probably come say hi to you when they are home. When they are home, we like to play outside, go for bike rides and to nearby parks. When they aren’t here I’m pretty quiet, I like to cook, I have an office job by day, and I’m an artist by evening and weekends. I’m looking for someone chill who will match that vibe :) If you’re interested, let’s meet up! Rent is $800 all-in (wifi & central heat & AC). NS/NP, no partying / substance use / overnight guests.
