This apartment is lrt adjacent, located in the downtown core on the second floor of shared apartment building. This listing includes a private bedroom and bathroom with basic common areas such as a kitchen, dining room, in-suite laundry room and balcony access. Total rent includes rent, heat, water, electricity and (wifi) internet. Underground parking can be negotiated for an additional $150 per month if neccesary.

1. KATELYN (me) - undergraduate English/Women’s and Gender Studies student at the uofa and part time bar manager. I enjoy reading, listening to music, cooking and tending to my many indoor plants.
2. JJ (co-resident and partner) - part time bar manager, passionate about nerdy things, accesorizing her outfits, watching movies and art.
3. KITTYMON (resident cat) - a senior tabby cat that sleeps most of the day, is litter-trained and the sweetest cuddle buddy any roomate could ask for :)
