The studio is located in the middle of the entertainment District. Its on the 47th Floor with an amazing view looking at the west side of the city and gives you this detachment from the street noise. The studio is fully furnished, with a unique aesthetic that will make you feel at peace. You will have access to the gym . The building is located right beside the street car access.

I will be away and would like someone who is super clean and considerate of the space to take over. I’m overly organized and I tend to have a lot of stuff but I have them organized in a matter that is not overwhelming. You will have the space for yourself so I Would appreciate you to respect every corner of this space.
