✔Comfortable furnished room in a shared 3-bedr house on the MAIN floor in a quiet residential street.
✔The PINE Room has a large window, a double bed (I can install 2 single beds instead of a double bed for 2 friends), a dresser, a coat rack, a desk and everything you need while you look for your next accommodation or have just arrived in Toronto.
✔This comfortable medium size room is at the entrance of the house. No staircase. Size: 7,3 ft x 14,3 ft
✔Bathroom with shower/bathtub. Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap).
✔The space is shared with guests 2 other rooms
✔SHARED: bathroom, large kitchen / workspace and outdoor kitchen patio
✔ Key-pad lock for early check-in/late check-out
✔FRONT PORCH to lock a bike at night or smoke
✔Gigabit WiFi (Rogers)
✔KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, gas stove and gas oven. Shared Freezer and fridge
✔Central AC/Heating with remote thermostat
✔CLEANING: when you move in the room is clean professionally. When you move out, the rooms should be cleaned professionally in the state you found it. If you want to pay a cleaner, the fee is $50 (taken from the $200 deposit returned when you leave).
✔COMMON AREAS: cleaned by management twice a week, including garbage and recycling bag disposal
✔DEPOSIT: $200 to secure the room, refunded when you check out after 1 month.
✔MONTHLY FEE: You pay once you have checked in the room. Door code provided once you pay the deposit to secure the room (interac, cash or TD direct deposit)

NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Dovercourt Village is sandwiched between Bloor and St. Clair and calls areas like the evolving Geary Avenue home. There’s also now plenty signs of life on Dupont.
