The room available is part of a 3 bedroom main floor of a house near the University of Calgary. The basement of the house has separate tenants. The room is UNFURNISHED but includes a shared bathroom and a furnished living space and kitchen. The house is a 10 minute walk from the red line train station and a 20 minute walk to the University of Calgary as well as it is right next to a direct line bus to the university. There is have a small bike storage but no access to a garage. There is available street parking. A washing and drying machine are available shared with the basement tenants. No backyard.

We are 21 and 22 years old undergraduate students at the University of Calgary and we are looking for a third roommate. Both of us are similar in the regard that we keep a fairly quiet house and only stay out late occasionally. We enjoy hanging out and studying together in the main area of the house and sometimes do game nights. A priority of ours is keeping the common areas clean and we have a weekly cleaning schedule. We also both don’t smoke but do drink occasionally. Some of our hobbies include skiing, hiking, volleyball, embroidery, reading and collecting records.
