Looking for someone to rent a room ASAP in a shared 3 bedroom one bathroom half duplex for $900 with utilities by the 1st of September. Currently furnished, but can be emptied easily. Preferably female and/or queer. No pets allowed. The room is the biggest out of the three and is the only room in the basement with access through the side door, so there is a decent amount of privacy. Also includes access to small home gym. Would like to meet in person to find a likeminded roommate:)
About the roomies
