I’m subleasing a fully furnished 1-bedroom (1 bed, living room, 1 bath) apartment for July. (FULL APARTMENT, not a room) I’m travelling this month and subleasing the place for this time only.

Dates are flexible, the earliest available move-in date is June 22. Can extend 1 week into August as well.

20th floor, new modern building with sauna, fully equipped gym, 2 pools.

No parking from the building, but there are residential streets near the building for free parking (5-10 min walk)

Apartment is perfect for a working professional (I work from home). You’ll have the whole place to yourself. Very quiet, internet is fast, modern kitchen with dishwasher, beautiful city midtown views, AC (you control temperature), washer and dryer in apartment.

No smoking, no pets. Looking for a responsible and mature person.
