I am looking for a new housemate (female) for my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the heart of downtown Vancouver. My current housemate is moving out due to a change in her work situation. The apartment features a spacious living room and a solarium, offering a comfortable and inviting living space.

Directly opposite Breka Bakery 7-minute walk to the Seawall 9-minute walk to Yaletown SkyTrain station 3-minute walk to St. Paul’s Hospital The building offers several amenities including a gym, pool, hot tub, and a patio. Basement parking spots are available for an additional fee. Internet and hydro costs are not included in the rent. Additionally, my current housemate is willing to sell her furniture if you’re interested.
