Hii! we’re looking for 3rd roommate for our 3 bedroom/2 full bathrooms apartment right next to Snowdon metro station!

-everything included for 1000/month (wifi, hydro/hot water, renter’s insurance) -common spaces will be furnished (pictures below of bedroom and common spaces were from the first visit) -1 min walk to Snowdon metro station -renovated bathrooms & kitchen -washer/dryer in the apartment -sunny, top floor apartment -less than 5 min walk to grocery -stores, pharmacy, dollarama, cafes & restaurants… -close to Concordia, McGill, UDEM, UQAM

The neighbourhood we’re in has lots of trees & greenery and young families as our neighbours and we’re looking for someone who would be respectful of our downstairs neighbours as well! (the apartment wouldn’t be a place to host big parties but of course the metro beside the house is convenient to go to bars/clubs if you like going out!)

We’re two undergrad students, i’m (19) studying biology at McGill and Tyson (18) is studying civil engineering at Concordia! We’re hoping to find a girl who is also an undergrad student/around the same ages as us who would be a long-term roommate (1 year +).
