About the room
Room available now, June 2024. I am looking for a roommate who is organized, clean and responsible to rent the basement with me.
The rent payment is $900 1 person or $1,200 a couple not security damages, including utilities (Internet, Hydro).
You will have your own room with your closet.
You can use the laundry any time.
You can use my single bed, single mattress, wardrobe, sofa bed and television. You will have your own refrigerator space and kitchen cabinet. (does not include pillows)
The shower, laundry and kitchen are shared with me.
Note: It is important that she/he be dog friendly. I have a 16 year old dog. Doki is calm and sleeps a lot.
Located in West Clearbrook. Close to Bus stop 1 Highstreet and 1 minute from Fishtrap Creek nice to walk.
About the roomies
I am a very responsible woman and calm person. I work full time and I have a dog, Doki is 16 year old.
