UNIT: Unfurnished 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath partially furnished unit. Common spaces include living room, kitchen, and balcony.
The apartment is centrally located at Spadina and Fort York: 2-min walk to 510 Spadina streetcar, 5-min walk to 509 Exhibition streetcar, 7-min walk to the waterfront and a further 2-3 min walk to the music gardens. Right around the corner from Starbucks and Sobeys, and a 10-min walk to Loblaws and Shoppers.
The bedroom is very spacious and can accommodate a bed, desk and bedside. It has large floor to ceiling windows on both walls, a good sized closet and a proper door. Bathroom is in the hallway and will be for your use only. The apartment has a large shared living room with floor to ceiling windows and therefore tons of natural light. It’ll be partially furnished and I’ll add more furniture over time. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and there’s laundry in the unit.
LOCATION: Fort York and Spadina
RENTAL TERMS: Offlease occupant / roommate, long term preferred. Rent will be paid to me. The roommate may undergo regular background checks by the landlord.
RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline, as the unit was lived in before November 15, 2018.
