Full access to well appointed kitchen, bed linens available; just need to bring your clothes and toiletries! Access to the gym and yoga room in the complex. Excellent walk score, excellent transit hub, lots of trails, bike paths, close to the water, and short walk to Lower Lonsdale. Smoke free building and property. Across the street is a city works storage yard (there had been water main construction work 2023-24). Room is available from April 15, 2025 - end date negotiable, if mutually good fit.

Small dog (Shitzu x Yorkie) “Squishy” who is friendly and quiet (unless there are squirrels or kitty-cats he catches sight of).
