Sébastien's room

This is your opportunity to get an individual bedroom (10’ x 12’) in a newly built house backed on a protected forest. You will have access to the house, including patio and open concept kitchen, dining and living room.

Bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. (half bath also accessible on the main floor).

House is getting solar panels and working on other energy efficency projects to reduce footprint.

Bedroom is not furnished, but everything else is. 15 minutes to Downtown by car.

I am a very outdoorsy and adventurous guy looking for a third roommate that will want to be involved in the daily life of the house. Only 2 roommates in the house on a very frequent basis because of work travels.

I am open to playing games or doing other activities with whoever will take the room.
