We are looking for a 3rd roommate to share the upper floor of a spacious Vancouver special (3bd 1 bath). Room includes a twin bed and a desk. Private bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchen. The place is very spacious with a living room, dining room, sunroom, and a small backyard with raised garden beds (first 2 images are the room, the rest are shared spaces). Amazing views of the mountains and very conveniently located for public transportation: ~5 min walk to Renfrew station, ~20 min bus to Joyce Station. Very close to Renfrew community park/library, and many grocery stores within walking distance.
