Looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful to rent our basement room which includes a large 11x20 bedroom, ensuite 1/2 bathroom, furnished living room and private entrance.

Shared areas:

• Kitchen and full bathroom with shower upstairs.
• Laundry and storage room downstairs.

We have a front and backyard with a deck, a large garden space with lots of potential and a detached 2 car garage to tinker in. Parking is available for 1 vehicle on the street in front of the house.

Located near a bus route and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Victoria.

Rent is 1,050$ plus internet, gas, hydro and utilities, which are split 3 ways.

We are two females (ages 27 & 41) who love music, cooking, crafting and gardening. On occasion, we like to host a small boardgame night or potluck with friends. We enjoy spending time outdoors, going for hikes, camping and attending live music events.

We have one small dog in the house and are open to another small pet if they get along well.

For us, our home is our sanctuary, so we’re hoping to have someone whose values will align with ours:
