• With washing and drying machines included.
• Kitchen equipped with stove and fridge.
• My cat will be sharing the space with us.
• Quiet neighbors.

House Rules:

• No smoking or parties allowed.
• We each take turns cleaning the entire apartment every two weeks.
• Rotate trash duty every week.
• NO additional pets allowed, as per the owner’s policy.

I’m a tidy and calmed individual who doesn’t smoke or drink. I’m work as an architectural drafter and I study most nights. I enjoy drawing, reading, doing yoga and cooking for my friends. I have been living here for over a year. And I’m responsible for cleaning up after my friendly cat. My current roommate will move in with her boyfriend, so that’s why the room will be available.
