A private bedroom within a shared basement suite, utilities and internet included. Common areas include a cozy living area, a tidy kitchen, and a full bathroom. It is located in the convenient NW community of Ranchlands, with plenty of amenities within walking distance including running/bike paths, groceries, restaurants and gyms. Home is a 10-minute drive from the University of Calgary or a 15-minute drive to SAIT, and transit is easily accessible!

Hi, I am Susanah! I’m finishing my final year of post-secondary studies and working part-time, otherwise, I enjoy doing anything active! Most of the day the house is empty and evenings are pretty calm.

Two friendly and quiet tenants share the upper floor of the house, but you would hardly know they were there!
