St. Andrew Street

Heyo! My partner and I are looking for a roommate for our 2 bedroom apartment in Lowertown. It’s a 5 minute walk to the byward market and Rideau Station, so there is great acess to public transportation. It’s only 700 a month plus hydro and internet (around an additional 50). The apartment is dog friendly too! Theres a big kitchen if you like cooking, laundry in unit (so free!), and a dishwasher. We are looking for a quiet, respectful roommate, we always are down for movie or game night! :)

My partner and I are both finishing our last year at Carleton University. We enjoy the outdoors, movie nights, patio season and anything hockey. We also have a very sweet dog named Jack who doesn’t bark and mainly sleeps all day lol. We enjoy going out, but we rarely have people over.
