St. Andrew Street

Heyo! My partner and I are looking for a roommate for our 2 bedroom apartment in Lowertown. It’s a 5 minute walk to the byward market and Rideau Station, so there is great acess to public transportation. Rent is only 800 all inclusive with water, heating, hydro and internet included. The apartment is dog friendly too! Theres a big kitchen if you like cooking, laundry in unit (so free!), and a dishwasher.

My partner and I are both finishing our last year at Carleton University. We enjoy the outdoors, movie nights, patio season and anything hockey. We also have a very sweet dog named Jack who doesn’t bark and mainly sleeps all day lol. We enjoy going out, but we rarely have people over and we never have parties.
