This apartment sited in a very convenient location right next to King George station, close to SFU. There are 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher as well as dishes and cutlery, TV in living room. Exceptional view from the balcony on 33 floor. To make it clear there is no window in room itself and I know it might be an issue for some people.

The roommate will be myself, I’m Ukrainian, living in Canada for 2 years now. Looking for a roommate because my ex is moving out and I really like living in this place. I work in a restaurant close to home, normally my schedule is 3/4 and I’m also sewing at home, so I would give a preference to people who don’t spend as much time at home, as I don’t want to disturb you with the noise. I’m very tidy so cleanliness is important. Looking for a friend in a roommate at some point, would be nice if we share some hobbies and life vibes, I love cooking and sharing food so be prepared for that 😋
