Hi! My name is Avery (using my mom’s account on here) and I am a 19 year old female studying part-time business at SAIT, and working as a Wildlife Experience Host at the Calgary Zoo and at an escape room. I am a really social person but also like my privacy and quiet time. I have always been a night owl so I stay up pretty late sometimes, but I will be respectful and quiet during those hours. I love to draw, make jewelry, thrift, and game. You should be okay with having a couple people over and are welcome to as well, but NO parties. I would prefer either a student or someone working full time (not from home) and you must be neat and tidy (there will be a cleaning chart for main areas). Female preferred.

I have a 7 year old cat named Monkey, who is very sweet and loves to cuddle and play. She doesn’t bite/scratch, sheds very little and is pretty nervous around new people, but warms up to anyone super quick! Unfortunately no other cats/dogs are allowed. The owners are a very nice couple who live upstairs; they have a small dog and no children.
