Ariel's room

I’m currently looking for someone to move into the basement of the rental I live in. The space includes a private bedroom, living space, and bathroom. The kitchen, laundry and entrance is shared. The living space in the basement is pretty spacious and includes a gas fireplace with a wall mounted tv, the bedroom is also a good size with a large closet. There’s a large storage room that has some space if need be, and a single car garage where some storage space could be made as well.

Myself, 31 year old working professional, and my 9 year old son. We’re very quiet and spend quite a bit of time outside of the home. We also have two cats.
