A room for rent available. The room is big, bright with two windows furnished and located in a spacious walking basement in a detached house. The basement includes the kitchen, 2 washrooms (so 2 roommates per washroom), 2 fridges, the laundry and dryer, the storage room and is shared with 3 other roommates all females renting in private rooms. The tenant should be a clean, respectful, quiet person and preferably Arab female. The room is suitable for a working person only. No overnight guest, no parties, no smoking, no too loud music and no parking. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, only 3 min walking from the bus stop. Groceries (No Frills, FreshCo, Dollarama, Canadian Tire..) banks(TD, Scotiabank) and restaurants are nearby. Price: 650$/months including utilities, Internet and laundry. First and last month required.
