I can provide pictures on request. 2 bedroom apartment(I have 1 room), shared bathroom and kitchen as well as living room. It’s downtown Pincher Creek so close to banks and other amenities, The room is not furnished but could be if the right person comes along if not then bring your own bed and belongings.

It is just me in the apartment but I have my son a few times a week, I am a quiet person who works during the day and am also at the fire hall lots so I am home only for a few hours a day other than the weekends I am off work. I do not drink or do drugs, but I am not opposed to someone who drinks and has some drinks in the house
