Spacious, cheerful private room in St. Catharines with a large closet, comfy bed, tall dresser, desk w/ chair and sitting chair by the large window, with a backyard view that includes our beautiful magnolia tree. Currently, we have two other long-term roomies who share the 3-piece bathroom with you - and you’ll find a second bathroom on the main floor as well. We have a large modern kitchen with all the amenities you need and a double-door fridge. Laundry Room with new washer and dryer is provided In the sunroom. The sunroom has a wall of windows that overlooks the lovely backyard garden, perfect for taking in the birdsong with a coffee and book in hand. We also have a sitting area on the front porch, surrounded by wisteria vines and English ivy. Wi-Fi signal is strong and accessible even in the back garden and front porch. We love our current roomies and would like our next one to also be clean, responsible, and courteous. We have a nice sense of community here while respecting everyone’s personal space and privacy. I work in health and wellness, and the other two roomies are 9-5 working professionals. We love to cook, garden, are active in the community and like to share experiences over an occasional glass of wine. We don’t allow any smoking or recreational drugs.
