About the room
Super close to downtown, at the core of Griffintown, on an amazing condo that has 2 outdoor pools, one indoors, jacuzzi, sauna, vapor, common lounge, 2 terraces with grills and an amazing view towards downtown and Farine Five Roses!
The room has basic furniture, bed, mattress, and night table, the other furniture will not be included! The apartment is super equipped, that means washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, electronic curtains, AC, and per room heating.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, so even though it’s on the living room, my roomate and I have an agreement to each use their own.
The price includes Hydro but not internet nor Teanant Insurance.
I need to move soon, so I want to assign my current lease (until April 2025).
