I am a married online teacher and have a 3 bedroom condo. I would like to rent 1 room only to a single female (preferred due to shared common areas) student. You will have a private bedroom and private washroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, desk, and chair with end tables and lamp. There is a washer and dryer in my condo. The kitchen is shared. I do have an older cat but she is very shy. No smoking allowed. There is a bus stop right outside the door which runs straight to unis in the mornings and evenings and is 7 minutes from Lacewood Terminal with buses all over Halifax and Dartmouth. 1 kilometer from major supermarkets, Walmart, Costco and many restaurants. As well, there is a small grocery and some restaurants next door.

It is just myself and my husband and a very friendly older kitty. I work from home.
