Dionne's room

I have a second, unfurnished bedroom measuring 12 x 12 that is available for rent. You also have a separate bathroom.
There is a rooftop patio that is free to use between certain times, but it has such an amazing view of the city, and the Toronto skyline. The condo is located less than 5 minutes from the highway and go carpool lot, and walking distance to many amenities along the main road. Since it’s home to vineyards, there are plenty of wineries, and if you enjoy the outdoors there are a few local hiking trails nearby.

I do have 2 cats, so you have to be ok with animals. They’re friendly but also shy and may take some time getting used to you. They love to play in the evenings after they’re fed their dinner. I am a full time working professional who is out of the house for most of the day. I have social activities sometimes in the evenings, but I try to make sure I’m home after work at least one night a week. I am also away 3 weekends of the month, returning Monday nights. I enjoy cooking and I have a hello fresh subscription that I cook on a weekly basis. I am a night owl, however my work prevents me from being up too late.

The neighbours are so very friendly and generally keep to themselves.
