Only two people one cat and one dog are living here as of now. I am an accountant and a retired Financial Officer of the Provincial Government. I am occupying the master bedroom with an ensuite washroom. The other room is occupied by a male housemate working nearby. The Main washroom will be shared by the existing housemate and the will be occupant of the room being listed. We want someone, quite, friendly, respectful, cooperative, organized, and tidy. Does not smoke, does not take marijuana or drugs. Drinking alcohol is allowed occasionally.
