Alli's room

Only subletting to girls/gays/they’s. We are looking to fill a room in our 3 bed, 3 bath house from April 1st until September 31st 2025. There is no option to extend the lease. The house is located right on the Halifax Commons and has three floors, plus a private rooftop patio. It is only a 30 minute walk to Dalhousie and 10 minutes to the superstore. The room is large, taking up the entire lower level, with ground level windows and a large wardrobe. There is a large open plan kitchen living room, with an office so working remotely is easy. WiFi, insurance and electricity are not included in the rent.

We are two female PhD students (Manon and I) at Dalhousie looking for another student or working professional roommate for the summer. We are good friends and like to spend time together cooking, lounging on the patio and wandering around Halifax.
