This is a 2-bed 2-bath apartment located in Leslieville. It’s a quiet area with lots of nearby restaurants, shops, and amenities. Downtown access with TTC is 20 mins. A 20-minute walk to Woodbine Beach.

This is a sublease until August 31st, with the possibility of lease renewal thereafter.

You will be sharing the apartment with one other person (male, early 20s) and a pretty cool cat, who occupy the second room. Rent is 1,170$/month + utilities which is about 40 dollars each in the summer months, give or take. First and last month required.

The room is currently available, so an immediate move in is possible.

Common spaces come fully furnished. Room is unfurnished but the current tenant’s mattress is up for sale if you would like.
