Hello hello! We’re located at one of the sweetest spots in the city, right next to college subway stop, in between Ryerson and UofT! Here in the heart of the city, we’re at a super safe spot with tons of activities suited for all lifestyles. This is a girl’s condo! The two of us are searching for the perfect fit for our little slice of heaven here. Traditionally, this has been home to UofT grad students (I’m a PhD student) so a grad student in her 20’s is what we’re looking for, and someone respectful, CLEAN, QUIET and considerate.

The price ($850) includes everything, wifi is only 20 extra each unlimited. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, the works.

Our luxury condo has access to an indoor pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, track room, squash court, and an outside rooftop perfect for tanning. A grocery store and LCBO is right across the street, and a shoppers drug mart on the corner. Sephora is right up the street going north and Dundas Square going south.

Ps. Our landlords are a sweet Ukrainian couple who like to give you wine at New Years lol. We got very lucky with them

Also, normally boyfriends/ girlfriends (this is an LQBQT alley household) but they don’t stay over more than a couple times a week, maximum.

We’re both clean, sweet, and respectful. I’ve lived here for over 5 years and this place really is home for me. I’m a PhD candidate and Medha is an engineer.

We are morning people, so above all, our asleep is the most important thing to us.
