2 working professionals who is looking for a 3rd roomie! :) Respecting each other’s time and space is important for me! We do have our own individual lives and still down to grab dinner or coffee from time to time. I have already found one roomie and just in need of a 3rd for a 1 year commitment for the lease! This could turn month to month if you would like to extend! The room is available for July 1st.

My last two roomies were very easy to live with! We had no issues of whoever was next to replenish the shared necessities like paper towels for the kitchen, garbage bags, etc. We would always clean up after ourselves and whenever we saw something that needed to be taken care of in the common areas, we just do it! No need to wait for someone else to handle it!
