Close to downtown bus terminal, library, university, and groceries. House has a/c, just put in vinyl flooring in all bedrooms. You will have your room, kitchen, shared bathroom and laundry room. But living room/common room will be blocked off and not available.

I’m the owner of the house, lm female with 2 spare bedrooms I can offer room furnished or unfurnished depending what you need, I’ve lived here for 13 years and recently did some renovations. I work 6 days a week, I like it quite by 11pm for bed. I have two very friendly cats Luka and Leia … I like star wars lol but they are always with me so they shouldn’t bother you. House has one bathroom plus a powder room. No sharing of room, no over night guests please.
