Courtney's room

The apartment is located on the top (3rd) floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs. It receives abundant natural light, with your room getting sunlight from 9 AM to around 2 PM during longer days. The common spaces are fully furnished, but there is room for a few larger items such as a desk or dining table if you have them. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dishwasher. There is also in-unit laundry. The bathroom features a large, deep tub, a rainfall shower head, and a toilet with a bidet. The apartment is within walking distance of shops, transit, and a large park, and it’s a short drive to the beach. While I can’t provide pictures of the available room as it is currently occupied, I can show you pictures of my room, which is of similar size. Water is included, but Hydro and WiFi are shared costs. I manage all utility accounts, and we can work out a payment method that suits you. There is no dedicated parking, but street parking is available year-round and is generally easy to find. The neighborhood is very family-friendly, safe, and inclusive. Evenings are calm and quiet, and the neighbors are all friendly and respectful.

The space is occupied by myself and my two dogs. Let me introduce them: Stella is a 5-year-old mixed breed and a bit of a diva who loves being the center of attention. She growls when she plays, but it’s never aggressive. Harvey is an 11-month-old mixed breed and a lovable troublemaker, still very much a playful puppy. Both dogs are extremely friendly and cuddly. My dogs are never left alone in the apartment; they come to work with me and travel with me wherever I go. On the rare occasions I need to leave them at home, they stay in my room for no more than 30 minutes. They might bark sometimes, but I’m always quick to address it to avoid incessant noise. A bit about me: I’m 25 years old and have been living in this apartment for three years. I have a great relationship with the other tenants and the landlord. I’m a super friendly, goofy, and happy-go-lucky person, but I also enjoy my alone time. I keep my space clean or at least confine any mess to my personal area. I’m a bit of a hippie and love anything spiritual or witchy. I’m 420-friendly and smoke inside, but no tobacco or hard drugs are allowed. I’d love to build a friendship with you and not just share a space.
