Charming semi-furnished room in an upper floor duplex steps away from Monkland Village.

• Located just a 10-15 minute walk from Snowdon and Villa Maria metro stations.
• Only a 2-minute walk from Bus routes 66 and 102 stops.
• Nearby amenities including a grocery store, Couche-Tard, and a large variety of delightful restaurants and bars in Monkland Village.

Room includes a bed, a couple wardrobes, and a nightstand (as shown in the photo). If you have your own furniture we can move that out too, if needed. Internet and bills are included for your comfort and convenience.

Apartment amenities include a washer and dryer, sadly under-used exercise equipment and a whole host of kitchen gadgets than we have reasonable use for.

Unfortunately we can’t accept pets, as per the terms of our lease.

An easy-going couple in our late 30s looking for our next roomie. We’ve had great luck on this site with our last two and were hoping to continue our streak. We’d like our apartment to feel like a home, so were all about movie nights and board games on occasion if that’s your jam. But if you need your space that’s cool too. Did we miss anything here?
